No. They keep bringing bookings as they do today. Kapital Keys imports their calendars, publishes yours and handles the bookings that come through your site.
No, on purpose: issuing invoices in Portugal needs certified software. Kapital Keys prepares the details (who to invoice, the tax number, the lines with their VAT and the tourist tax apart) so you can issue the fatura-recibo in Portal das Finanças or in your invoicing program.
No. Guests pay by bank transfer to your account. We never touch the money: you mark the payment as received and the booking is confirmed.
It uses your AIMA access key, stored encrypted. When a guest’s details are complete they go to SIBA, and the result is recorded on the booking.
They don’t have to. Without details the invoice is made out to a final consumer. Guests who need an invoice with a tax number, above all companies, add their details in the same check-in link.
In the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Invoice details are kept for the 10 years Portuguese tax law requires, then deleted. We don’t sell or share data.
